La viticultura en Puglia es historia y al mismo tiempo innovación. Tormaresca es la expresión de las dos almas anteriores. Carácter, personalidad y alta calidad son las características que Puglia transmite a las variedades de uva nativas. Por esta razón, la familia Antinori dio a luz a Tormaresca en 1998 cuando comenzaron a invertir en Puglia.
