Vino blanco expresivo y seductor, creado para satisfacer al público más exigente y elaborado a partir de uvas Verdejo (95%) y Sauvignon Blanc (5%), siguiendo el método tradicional. La vendimia se realiza manualmente, con rigurosa selección, en cajas. Posteriormente será fermentado en depósitos de acero inoxidable con levaduras autóctonas y a una temperatura controlada, donde sólo intervienen procesos naturales, preservando su máxima expresión. Un verdejo procedente de la demarcación Rueda con un toque muy agradable y claro de Sauvignon Blanc, a pesar de su escasa presencia, pero diferente y de corte moderno.

El resultado, a la vista, es un vino de color amarillo brillante con reflejos verdosos, muy equilibrado, de aroma fresco, manzana verde y fruta tropical con el ligero toque inconfundible del Sauvignon Blanc y una intensa nariz a fruta blanca y fresca, con un paso largo y sedoso en boca. Imprescindible siempre en su bodega. Perfecto para maridar con arroces, aperitivos, pescados y mariscos, platos de pasta italiana, ensaladas y, por supuesto, perfecto para disfrutarlo sólo o acompañado. El resultado es sorprendente, en todos los sentidos.
