En Agustí Torelló Mata tienen un solo objetivo: elaborar el cava en su máxima expresión. Sus cavas son creaciones que salen del trabajo, la ilusión y la pasión de toda una familia. De viñedos de su propiedad y de viticultores artesanos, seleccionan las mejores subzonas del Penedés que dentro del clima mediterráneo les confiere características singulares y personalidad propia, para cada una de las variedades autóctonas de la Macabeo, Xarel·lo y Parellada. Invierten en viticultura y en mejorar nuestras bodegas e instalaciones para asegurar la calidad.
