Adegas Valmiñor fue fundada en el año 1997 . En la actualidad cuenta con 35 hectáreas de viñedo propio en la sub-zona de O Rosal dentro de la Denominación de Origen Rías Baixas. Representa un homenaje a la cultura del vino, porque el vino ha formado siempre parte de nosotros, de nuestra tierra, de nuestra forma de concebir el mundo y la vida. Buscamos el equilibrio entre ser fieles a la tradición y seguir innovando, por eso estamos a la vanguardia en la selección de tierras y viñedos, un exquisito cuidado de las uvas y la aplicación de más avanzadas tecnologías para producir una amplia gama de vinos con personalidad que dejan huella y perduran en el recuerdo por su singularidad.

Valmiñor desde que se fundó elaboran vinos con variedades autóctonas gallegas como la Albariño, la Treixadura, la Loureiro o la Castañal entre otras. Uno de sus objetivos es convertirse en una de las bodegas más vanguardistas de España, basándose en la selección de tierras y viñedos, un exquisito cuidado de las uvas y la aplicación de las más avanzadas tecnologías. Valmiñor cuenta para este cometido con 35 hectáreas de viñedo propio ubicados en la comarca de O Rosal. Estos viñedos son: Catuxa (100% Albariño), Estás (100% Albariño), A Portela (50% Loureiro blanco, 25% Caiño blanco, 20% Godello y 5% Albariño) y Figueiró (48,5% Albariño, 12,5% Sousón, 12,5% Brancellao, 9,5% Caiño tinto y 17% Castañal). La bodega cuenta con el aporte de la enóloga Cristina Mantilla en bodega, una de las mayores expertas del sector. Esta bodega elabora 8 vinos de Valmiñor dentro de la D.O. Rías Baixas y otro vino blanco en la D.O. Monterreri.
