Tramin es una de las primeras bodegas en Tirol del Sur que ha emprendido el reto de la agricultura sostenible. Hoy en día cultivan las vides de acuerdo con las directrices de que las uvas maduran lentamente, nacidas y cuidadas por la sabiduría de la Madre Tierra, lentamente y con una mayor carga de trabajo para los miembros involucrados en velar por ello. En 2007 comienza la aventura de apostar por la no utilización de herbicidas en algunos de los viñedos. La conducta de estos viñedos se hace con el rechazo sistemático del uso de herbicidas, sin forzar el equilibrio de la tierra y respetando los ritmos dictados por la naturaleza. La nueva bodega de vinos de diseño Tramin, es un lugar privilegiado: Allí la naturaleza y la cultura del vino va de la mano con los clientes.
