Espíritu joven y creativo.
La vinyeta es una pequeña explotación de viña y olivo situado en Mollet de Peralada, en el corazón del Ampurdán. Es una empresa joven, familiar, fruto del esfuerzo y las ilusiones. El origen de este proyecto se remonta a 2002 cuando se adquirieron un par de viñas viejas, de esdades comprendidas entre 50 y 75 años, de Cariñena y Carnacha. A partir de ese momento se realizaron nuevas plantaciones hasta las 24 hectáreas actuales. El proyecto se consolidó en 2006 con la construcción de la bodega y la elaboración de los primeros vinos. Este es un proyecto que sigue adelante con profesionalidad y espíritu innovador. Con sólo 2 años en el mercado, ya presenta una amplia oferta de vinos, negros jóvenes o con envejecimiento, blancos, rosados, dulces, además de productos únicos y singulares. La imagen de los productos refleja este espíritu joven y creativo. La interesante combinación entre Josep, propietario, enólogo y viticultor y Lluís, diseñador gráfico, hacen que el producto y la presentación mantengan una perfecta coherencia.
